- As a Fashion Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising, and driving sales growth. You will lead by example, motivating and coaching your team to provide a memorable shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Put our customers first by creating a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment. Ensure that every customer receives personalized attention and assistance.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of dedicated sales associates. Provide ongoing coaching and development to foster a customer-centric culture.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain visual standards and ensure that the store's layout and displays are enticing and up-to-date. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create eye-catching displays.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, including stock replenishment, markdowns, and regular stock takes. Ensure accurate record-keeping and minimize stock shrinkage.
- Sales and Performance: Set and achieve sales targets while monitoring key performance metrics. Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth.
- Communication: Foster open and effective communication with both your team and upper management. Provide regular reports on store performance and customer feedback.
