Jamaican Teas Ltd - Kingston

Jamaican Teas Limited was established in 1967 under the name Tetley Tea Co. (Ja) Ltd. Initially, their product range only included black tea, but after being acquired by Adeeb and John Mahfood in 1995, the Tetley brand was vastly expanded. Caribbean Dreams was then launched, introducing consumers to a range of herbal combinations and infusions.

Today, the company has become the largest tea producer in the Caribbean with over forty different kinds of teas. Almost half of their products are exported to other Caribbean markets and North America, while they also offer contract manufacturing for other Caribbean companies.
