Icy Cool (Successors) Ltd - Kingston, Jamaica

Icy Cool Bag Drinks are among the best, if not the best, being produced by a big company today. The fact that it is not tooth-achingly sweet and made with more real sugar, as opposed to the commonly used artifical sweetners popular with most of the other companies, sets it apart from other brands.
While I don't have a problem with the product I find that the company itself lacks Quality Customer Service. Whether you go to their factory on Hagley Park, or to their outlet at Port Henderson the same nasty attitude and ugly disposition greets you (exceptions must be made for Stacey and Troy at Port Henderson, and for the heavyset lighter complected supervisor at Hagley Park Road -Apologies for not remembering your name). The incident that drove me to write this review happened around 10 a.m. on April 16, 2015. My wife went in to the out at Port Henderson to make a purchase (50 Bags) and was disrespected by the young lady on duty (the fat dark complected one). This Young lady was on her phone on a personal call the entire time we were there. when she had to serve us she moved at a snails pace and ignored our questions and requests.
I don't think this company's product is that good where it can afford to greet customers with disrespcet!
