Greater Portmore Medical Group - Jamaica

I am writing to inform the public about DOC'S HOUSE, a Medical Facility located at Shop #1, 3 West Henderson Boulevard, Greater Portmore, St. Catherine, Jamaica. This doctor's office also has a Lab. They schedule appointments for you to see a doctor or you can make an appointment to visit the Lab. The Lab opens at 8 am in the morning, unfortunately the cleaning lady does not come in until after 9 am, which means that if you have a 8 am appointment you are entering a facility that has not been cleaned or sanitized from the day before. I had to visit the Facility 2 days consecutively and both days the cleaning lady did not start cleaning until after 9am. Upon arriving she then asks the patients to go outside while she is cleaning...I find this action totally UNACCEPTABLE. We are in the grip of the COVID-19 PANDEMIC, and I think this Doctor's Office should clean and sanitize their facility at the close of each business day. They claim to "Place the well- being of their patients at the center of each interaction". This claim or any other claim of the well-being of their patient's are greatly contradictory to their actions.

I have been going to the medical group for close to 7 years now... the environment is so warm and friendly the nurses are patient always smiling. My favorite nurses are Nurse Tate and Thompson. Both my prenatal care visits were there up to full term and even now with my kids 5 and 4. They attend school in Portmore so in cases of emergency my kids can go there and I can pay after. My doctors are amazing something them even become a counselor to me. lolol..
