British Airways City Ticket Office - Kingston, Jamaica

My wife and children have a BA Flights BA1559 and BA6980 on June 29, 2020, Madrid, Spain to Kingston Jamaica, via Miami. Flights have been cancelled. How do we reschedule for their return to Jamaica once BA has opened up in July?

Can you say when is the earliest flight leaving kingston I was to returned to the U. K 31st March 2020, my flight was cancelled and everytime I book another flight it is cancelled also.
