Disappointed
The service is slow and the fees are extremely high. I ended up paying more than what I bought the items for to collect them. I am so disappointed and so sorry that I decided to give them a try.Never again will I use Mailpac. I am going back to Union One Express. Goodbye Mailpac

THEY'RE SCAMMERS AND CRIMINALS.
They'll charge you customs fees then state its customs even after you provide them with accurate documents and receipts clearly showing the charge of items purchased value 50 USD or less. Moreover, when you call to clear up this problem the issue you are met with attitude and your issue then gets dismissed. THEY ARE LIARS AND OF NO HELP. They have also gotten really slow, its now taking weeks to get your packages and robbing us on top of that WOW. THEY'RE SCAMMERS AND CRIMINALS. That's all I can say.

TERRIBLE WEBSITE
The difficulty they put customers through will put them out of business. Big up DHL. The fact that you demand more verbiage makes you as bad as them. Computers are the tools of society and unfortunately they have made us lazy.

I DON'T TRUST MAILPAC
They charged me $260 USD customs fees for a package. I re-ordered the same exact devices with the same weight, the customs fees I was charged for this second package was almost $700 USD. When I submitted the documents they claimed customs wanted, these documents were not provided to customs, because I immediately received a response from MailPac saying the charges are correct.
MailPac is not Jamaica Customs, so why are they calculating charges? Why they stated that customs needs to see the payment details when the submitted documents are not given to customs? They refused to provide a copy of the official customs documents for the shipment when I requested it.

I smell a stinking fish and I'm investigating and will take legal action because I suspect they are giving customers inflated customs fees.

I've taking my business to another company and regretted ever using MailPac.

MailPac Delays - Cost me Money
I purchased goods from my suppliers for Black Friday deal for my store. The packages arrived at the Miami MailPac address two weeks before Black Friday; thinking I'll have the goods for Black Friday, they sat in MailPac warehouse until after Black Friday, costing me lost sales.
Same things is happening for Christmas with Christmas only eight days away. They use a bogus "Delayed Flight" excuse in trying to justify their slow service. Their fees are high, and for me, its best for DHL to ship directly to Jamaica. It cost a little more, but I'll know when the packages will arrive, and this is important in business!

I'm searching for new shipping options, but I may just use DHL and get professional delivery service.

Terrible shipment Arrival Dates
I have never received any of my mailpac packages on time. Mailpac's policy is packages received in the Miami's address will be available for pick-up/delivery between 3 to 5 working days; however, this has never happened with any of my packages. Most of my packages always on some dam delayed flight on top of the lengthy time it takes to ship prior to.

I would have a bag of credits to my name if every time my package takes longer than the maximum delivery date to be delivered but unfortunately, for all my delays, I only received credit once.........POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They need to start handing out incentives for everytime a package takes more than 5 days to reach thhe destination.

1. Slow turn around time to purchase from vendor 2) slow shipping time.
Mailpac overall service is slow. From the time mailpac takes to order from vendor or supplier to shipping the item. The money would be deducted from your card immediately but it still takes one whole day to purchase from the vendor. When the item reaches the overseas address it takes days before its ready to ship and when its finally shipped its takes days to reach its destination; very slow, very lengthy process even if the smallest of the lightest thing is order.

High shipping and customs fees
I recently purchased 18 items online which were shipped to Mailpac's US address and then cleared in Jamaica on my behalf. The online merchant shipped 4 pairs of Jeans out of the 18 items and to my shock,
Mailpac charged me $******** to clear them. The jeans cost me US$57 and MAILPAC charged me $******** to clear them. These were some regular no name jeans. Mailpac is going on BAAAD. They also charged me $ ******** to
clear six pieces of cheap clothes on the same day July 25, 2020. LOL. All of this is happening during the
Covid pandemic when many people are unemployed and just struggling to get by. Instead of having a heart they are digging out our eyes and every last dollar out of our pockets. Ouch!

Slow service
This is my second time shipping with mail PAC and the wait time have almost doubled from my previous order.... I wonder if its because all charges have been paid in advance. I'm an upset mobay customer :-(

Excellent service, will certainly use their refer a friend rewards platform to recommend my friends and family, I love the fact that I do not have to worry if an item does not fit...I have the option to return to supplier at no additional cost to me!!!
