Worst customers service ever totally a waste of time
Worst service ever image I have been without Internet for more than two weeks I made numerous complains to the office and they would send a technician and all now no one came. I saw technician in my community spoke to them about it still no one came. This is totally ridiculous and your paying for the service

Terrible customer service: avoid
I just called this company to find out if their service is as bad as people are saying it is. So I said, “sir, is your service is as terrible as people are saying it is?” No answer was given. What have you done to improve your service? “You’ll have to signup to see”... lol

Crappy service
I have been up to date on my payments as I pay according to how and when I'm billed, My services was out for at least 2 weeks out of the months of March and April. When it finally came back and I went to pay my bill, 1st they didn't compensate me for the lost service then they are going to let me know what I am paying for is only for 9 days of services. Why I ask, because I have a balance, a balance for where they can't tell me. I was told to submit a receipt from last year. I found the receipt and when I tried to contact them to submit it no one cares to answer the phone. And when you do speak to someone the attitude is horrible as if you a beg them fi the service wa you a pay fa. I work in customer service so I know what good customer service is like and they don't have it. Disgrace cable
Imagine am watching lifetime and in the middle of the movie the channel went and telling me no paid program after my bill was well paid ??? What slackness is this and u can't owe them or its disconnection Cornwall u guys need to do better for our money,u can't be making ur payment on time in full and not getting any use of it this is total slackness ,and ur so called staffs u ave there they need to go fix there desk in hog pen and learn customer service from them cause even the hog knows when and how to grunt at ppl....

No good company
This company do not care about their customers all they need is your money,they act as if you should not say anything when the cable is not working, I believe strongly they deliberately turn off the cable somethings

Crap service!
The Mobay numbers only seem to work occasionally! Every other week there is an issue! Stop offering a service if you arent able to maintain it! This is a disgrace! If flow wasn't so expensive mi gone long time!

Worst service provider
I paid my reconnection fee from august and it has been showing no signal i called several times and they said they would fix it and now its almost December and it still has not been fixed

Bad customer service and Internet service.
I would not recommend any form of service from this company and if you are thinking about it please don't. There workers are disrespectful and have no manner, they all need customer service training. If anything things happen and you called them its like they want to disrespect you for talking about what you are experiencing. This company is a big joke and I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau also I suggest that all the customer sign a petition to get them out of business or provide better service. They are one big joke. To how there service is poor I can't even rate the 0.

Poor services
The cable has been out since lastnight, its sunday you guys are closed, but you should have agent avaible to troubleshoot the issue, I'm just sick and tired of these services, flow is shit and now cornwall is just a disappointment,what the hell am i supposed to watch, I'm paying for service that im not even getting. I might as well buy a DVD and forget about wifi and cable, you guys need to do better, were jamaicans but we are the customers, we pay you for services, this is ridiculous.

Wanted to give a zero but can't smoke with a rename malcolm the man don't have any Customer service my service was to be installed like forever and I can't get it done
