Can you imagine that in this modern day that an internet provider takes more than 10 business days to create an account. They have you submit an enquiry that takes 5-10 business days then they have you pay $21,000 to wait another 10 business days and after that you wait another 24 business hours to actually get the internet. Their customer care representatives are unprofessional, rude and untruthful. Their supervisor or manager is never available. I am amazed that they have been in business for so long. The entire setup at this company is not suitable for a modern world. I recommend that the entire customer care team gets retrained. I think that their strongest team are the technicians who do the actual installation. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are the worst in Jamaica.

I have been a Sirtech customer since 2017. First, let me start by saying that their internet is fast but unfortunately that's the only good thing I can say. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experience. The agents that they have working need to know the definition of customer service. Because the internet is fast I recommend a few of my friends and not one took the service because the agents they spoke lack communication skills. I only retain their service because I am a student and unfortunately they are the only ones in my area for now.

Switching to SirTech was one of the best choices I have made. There internet service is one that you can for sure count on. It is at high speed,and on top of that they have spectacular customer service.

I have been a Sir tech customer for the past 2 years and they have brought nothing but joy to my family with their excellent TV services and their fast internet, as a proud customer I would definitely recommend their service to anyone out there who is looking for a reliable internet and Television service.
