Provides guests with information the ingredients and/ or qualities of the food items as requested. Communicates with the cooks and leaders to ensure product levels are kept constant during a meal session and Replenishes all serving pans with hot and cold food items as required.

Responsibilities

• Transports serving pans of hot and cold food items from the kitchen and inserts them into the buffet line
• Assists guests at the buffet line as needed or requested
• Provides guests with information the ingredients and/ or qualities of the food items as requested
• Communicates with the cooks and leaders to ensure product levels are kept constant during a meal session
• Replenishes all serving pans with hot and cold food items as required
• Maintains the cleanliness and attractiveness of the buffet line during service meal sessions
• Removes all left-over food items and cleans the buffet line at the end of each meal session
• Returns equipment and supplies to storage areas at the end of daily service
• Polishes and restocks utensils and dishware required for the buffet lines
• Assists with Food preparation as required in the Kitchen at the end of meal sessions
• Any other duties assigned
