Question for Lambie - Thomas Lelieth D Mrs & Co

My father pass away he was living in Canada but built a house on a plot of land given to him by his father, the land was surveyed and subdivided between him and his siblings I am living in the house and his siblings are saying I can't stay on in my father's house. What are my rights?
