Poor Customer Service
To: Managers/Directors of Value Gas

For over ten (10) years I have been a customer of Value Gas. It is for this reason that I wish to make my contact with your company public as sometimes management may not be aware of what obtains at the operational level. On Sunday, February 28, 2021, I called the company and ordered a 25lb IGL blue. I asked the dispatcher if the delivery personnel would be wearing masks and she assured me they would. When the vehicle arrived, I observed the man taking the gas did not have on a mask. I protested and the driver (who had on a mask) took up the gas. The former indicated that the mask essentially was not necessary. When they left, I again called the company and expressed my dissatisfaction to the dispatcher. In the course of the conversation, she told me that I was talking too much and hung up the phone. It appears that Value Gas does not value my business based on my experience. In any event, I think management should know about this.
