Review First world service! Found the parts that I needed!

I needed a hard-to-find part for my 2000 RAV4. After calling around to a LOT of different parts stores I found John John. On the phone he told me that if he didn't have it then he would find it for me.
Excellent customer service--took the time to explain about different transmission oils, offered other products and helped me with the items to my car. Parking available and the online photo is real--very nice air-conditioned store upstairs.
Will call them first when I need something.
