Review I read on google this was no biggie and easy to fix, yet my computer returned to me phucked up!

I should have read these reviews first before taking my good Dell laptop to these hacks because of a blue screen.'Was on vacay in Jamaica. I read on google that this was no biggie and easy to fix. First I made a deposit of Ja$1500.00 then they told me it would cost an additional Ja$********.00 as the the technician says he would have to replace the hard drive. I got a receipt for the Ja$1500.00. For the Ja$********.00 I got a receipt which read $********.00, which I didn't notice until a few days ago. When I say my computer is phucked up, I mean it! In addition to losing almost all my numerous files, I can't even save a file as a regular word doc. Also took me hours to re-install MacAfee (so many challenges) Now, MacAfee keeps telling me that I have #$%& on my computer that they can't fix. This never happened before!
I am so pissed! Now I have to seek out a Dell service place in NYC to look at this &hiT!
