Review I wish there was an option for zero stars!

I have been trying to collect a parcel which was sent via RAM to this company for weeks. They said they contacted me but I have never received a call. I called them just now and received the worst customer service and absolutely poor manners from the person who answered. You'd never think this is a business trying to make money and retain customers. Needless to say I am back at square 1 and still not in receipt of my package!!! Do not ship with them if you can avoid it.
