My Husband and I were fortunate to purchase a vacation home in the North Coast.
Negril, Jamaica. near the ocean, within walking distance. Miss Joyce Lawrence made us feel so welcomes and was a pleasure to work with. She negociated a great deal for us and we also got all the nice furniture with this lovely home. Off season we get a nice rental income 75% of the time in off season so its a great Investment and valuable investment for us. Her son Errol Gunnz a real estate Broker in the US help facilitate the property management of our home helping to increase consistant occupancy levels for us. These guys are good agents!!
