Review of American Eyewear & Accessories

This is my second time around doing business with your establishment on behalf of my daughter and myself and on both occasions I was terribly disappointed in the service rendered.
Today marks the FINAL time I'm doing business here. Three weeks ago I purchased a glass for my daughter, only to realize on Friday night last that the lens was lifting from the frame itself based on the design of the frame and how the lens fitted in same.
I called on Saturday morning (I WASN'T SURE OF THEIR BUSINESS DAYS, SO I JUST TRIED). I got no answer so my daughter and I went to American Eyewear Monday evening, after showing the glasses to the CSR I was told she will take it to the Technician to get an answer.
The CSR returned stating that the glasses was broken and I requested to speak to the Technician myself, to which I was told he DOESN'T speak with customers all queries are either sent through the janitor or CSR at this time I requested to speak to the supervisor and was told she's not there. I asked to speak to the manager and was told same with plenty of unprofessionalism to the highest degree from both janitor and csr.
I asked for both managerial personnel names and had to wait a total of 20 minutes before I was given same.
My question is....How can this company be offering a service at the cheapest and most unprofessional level possible?
How is it that I'm supposed to take EXPERT advice from the janitor and csr when they clearly don't know what's going on?
Why is there no hands on approach nor open door policy to the optician, if he/she is suppose to be the expert?
I would never ever do business with American Eyewear again after being such a loyal customer.
I'm very turned off at the fact that a janitor was giving me expert advice about my child's glasses.
I've uploaded pictures of same glasses that is supposedly broken.
