Review of Pauline's Travel Servs Ltd

Terrible experience at Pauline's Travel Service Ltd. I interacted with her both on phone and in person and on both occasion her customer service was horrific, and that's putting it mildly. She yells and berates her customers and her prices are way higher that other travel services (found this out after already booking). She doesn't even care to change her behavior as I spoke to her about it after our first interaction and she acted even worse the next time we spoke. I would not recommend Pauline's Travel Service to anyone. There are lots of other, much better Travel Services in Jamaica. After all people are spending their hard earned money and deserve to be treated well.
