Review of KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken)

Someone needs to address customer service at Old Hope Road Branch, Kingston 6. The service is extremely poor. servers constantly chattering over the meals. rude customers. Agent on the intercom at the drive is abrupt, rude, brawling and impatient. They take your order and have you waited for very long period in the drive-in and when you reached the window they are telling you they don't have what you ordered. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE. Owner/Manager needs to go by the drive-in one night and experience the service offers like we did on 27/7 between the hour of after eleven to mid-night. We ask to speak to the supervisor and two of the servers presented themselves as supervisors and it was evident they were not. this place lack SERVICE and SUPERVISION. You are running customers.
