This company is awful beyond compare. One particular customer service agent is so rude and unprofessional. There are no on-floor supervisors and the manager is almost never present. Nobody calls back to address your complaints and you are never able to get them on the phone. Utter trash in this day and age.

Good day! So here is what we will do go onto the Bureau of standards website and lodge a detail complaint and I’m expecting the same from everyone that reads this and gets crappy service so that Cornwall Communications limited can crawl back into the hole that they came out of with this rubbish that they refer to as service. We cannot get enough WiFi service to operate a cell phone. What are we really paying for? They are connecting peoples hard earned money under false pretense

This damn Company is garbage they lack customer service in person or over the phone. Their cable service is a joke their internet is ridiculous smh I just can't understand how people still patronize this company!!!! I spent one hour on the phone trying to speak to someone( multiple calls went unanswered, some went directly to the busy tone , some obviously picked up and no one was saying anything then the call was disconnected, when someone finally answered she was so damn rude its as if you called her personal cell and not a business phone .... While I was explaining she cut me to ask where is the service located I said bogue village she then proceeds to recite a number I asked what is that she says the number for the office that deals with Bogue..... Then she just hangs up my god never have I been SO frustrated and fed up with any service provider
