CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD
How can you have a company offering a service and yet you do not answer your phone? How do we make inquiries when you lack the simple desire of picking up your phone. You have taken my cable box with the promise of it been returned in two days and it has been a week now. You do not answer your phone, yet the cable bus is on the road. Your service is poor and crappy. I will not pay any bill until I get quality service or I DEMAND A REFUND!!!
