I called earlier this week to make an appointment to have Bone Density Scan done. I was informed that I did NOT need to make an appointment but I could walk in between 8:30-4:30 pm Monday to Friday. The cost I believe but stand corrected was about $7700.
To my shock and horror I visited the office today Friday September 13, at approximately 1:30 pm to have same done. I was told the Department was closed earlier today! I left annoyed and on my way back to work all the way in Papine, I called intending to complain. The numbers were dialed from 1:50 to 2:19 pm a total of 23 times, most of the time it rang without being answered!!
Really Oxford Medical?? What kind of service is that!
Who will compensate the client for gasoline, telephone charges and lost time.
I suggest you need to do some investment in Customer Service. DO NOT promote a service as being available 8:30-4:30 without appointment Monday to Friday and at 1:30 a client walks in to be told 'they closed early'. Taking an appointment would have prevented that and showed greater respect for your potent customer or remain on the job until the time you advertised you would be opened for. SMH
