Review bad service

I have been using this lab over the years and i have been ""VERY"" please with the service received by staff until now . I went to the lab on caledonia road to enquirer about the price of some test. I when inside the office and the lady that gave me the information spoke openly about the test i was doing in the presence of someone I did not know. I felt stigmatized because of the type of test i was doing. This was extremely embarrassing. i felt like like my confidentially was breech. Please give the staff a refresher on patient confidentiality and professional conduct.
