Can you imagine that in this modern day that an internet provider takes more than 10 business days to create an account. They have you submit an enquiry that takes 5-10 business days then they have you pay $21,000 to wait another 10 business days and after that you wait another 24 business hours to actually get the internet. Their customer care representatives are unprofessional, rude and untruthful. Their supervisor or manager is never available. I am amazed that they have been in business for so long. The entire setup at this company is not suitable for a modern world. I recommend that the entire customer care team gets retrained. I think that their strongest team are the technicians who do the actual installation. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are the worst in Jamaica.
