This shipper is a scam agency. My package came back weeks ago and I can't seem to get it and no one from there has contacted me. And I can't get through to no one. Don't use them they are scamming you.

Paid for door to door service and asked to pay additional costs for a broker to clear at the airport at 10% on the value of the duty plus an additional $3000 to deliver the goods. Seems like I'm paying again for something I already paid for.
Unable to contact anyone at TNT.
First time using TNT and looks like it will be the last time.

Good day I receive a email from a company that I perches a item from saying my package is here here in Jamaica but what I really want to know if you guys from TNT will be the one to send it to my home or am going to be the one to pick it up?
