Waste of time
This is a joke thing. Phone lines don't work and i will not waste my time going to the location to be told they don't have whatever parts i need. Seems they only cater to walk-in customers. I'll call BERT'S AUTO PARTS then.

Never answers business line
During these time with covid-19 and the tight curfew on the island don't y'all think having a proper phone line or even answering the phone so it will save ppl time driving there to hear you don't have what they are looking for. Jamaican business some have a slack unprofessional system.
