D. C. TAVARES as a Real Estate Business was formed in 1921 by D. C. TAVARES Sr. Later in 1955 George F. Finson became a partner and the entity became known as D. C. Tavares & Finson Realty Ltd was created and Mervyn Down, our Senior valuer, became a shareholder. The Current Chairman is William Tavares-Finson, grandson of the founder and son of the late George Finson who guided the company from the 1950s to his death in 1984.

DCT&F provides island-wide appraisals and is one of the foremost Real Estate Companies in Jamaica, this was accomplished by maintaining an unblemished record of professional service and unquestionable integrity.
