Ping's Fabrics - Kingston, Jamaica

I've called about a particular fabric and when I asked the employee to tell me the difference I was instructed to come into store to find out the differences. That is not the correct way to speak to a potential customer. My other experience was in store where clearly if I don't look like a million bucks I won't be assisted. The just walk pass you without even inquiring. I am more than disappointed with the customer service from the store

Poor quality towels being sold. Cheap production in Pakistan being sold to the Jamaican populace. Wish all Jamaican has a visa and ignore these rotten fabrics. The beige colour towels turned orange. Beware customers.

Am complaining about the Pings in mandeville, I cannot believe In this hard economic time your branch will not exchange 3 YARDS of cloth and i am a regular customer at your store!!!!!! I am very upset about your customer service and i will not purchase anything else at this branch.

I need a pricelist of your sheeting fabric.
