Review Customer service

I've called about a particular fabric and when I asked the employee to tell me the difference I was instructed to come into store to find out the differences. That is not the correct way to speak to a potential customer. My other experience was in store where clearly if I don't look like a million bucks I won't be assisted. The just walk pass you without even inquiring. I am more than disappointed with the customer service from the store
