Living Spaces - Kingston, Jamaica

It has been the worst furniture shopping experience I ever had. I Bought a Sofa and Chair from Leaving Spaces from LA Mirada, CA store. The Sofa smells so bad that when I go home I get headache. It smells like animal waste. At first I thought the smell goes away, however, after a week still smell is the same and I can't stand it. When I leave home I smell like that. Called customer service, after a looooong conversation they said they will send someone to come to our home to smell the furniture!! I need it to be exchanged with another sofa that doesn't smell.
The back of the Chair that I bought had a gap between staples, I have returned it. Paid $300 for it and they are refunding me $170.
NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM LIVING SPACES.
