Sonia’s Home-style Cooking and Natural Juices was later established and commenced operations in 1985 on Windward Road as a full-service restaurant and provider of catering services specializing in Jamaican cuisine. Mrs. Sonia Thomas, who has been aptly described as the Matriarch of the Jamaican table in 2006 Gleaner article. She possesses over 30 years of experience in the Food Service industry and has developed a widely-known reputation as a service oriented caterer who prides herself in producing exceptional-tasting, authentic local dishes of the highest quality.
