Depending on the age of your vehicle, this may be the only level of cover insurers will offer. If you are choosing this insurance cover, however, you should be very clear that it does not protect your vehicle. What it does provide is cover for any damage your vehicle may accidentally cause to another person’s (Third Party’s) vehicle, property or bodily injury to that person.

THIRD PARTY FIRE & THEFT, PROPERTY AND/ OR BODILY INJURY
In addition to the Third Party Cover outlined above, for a higher premium, your vehicle is covered for damage resulting from fire and theft of the vehicle itself.

COMPREHENSIVE
The highest level of cover, which In addition to Third Party Fire & Theft cover outlined above, your vehicle is also covered more extensively for accidental damage caused to it, whether you are at fault or not, up to the stated policy limits less policy deductible.
