I requested new service, internet, on July 22nd and to date I am still waiting. The service is atrocious. I have had to follow up 4 times. The girl handling my account is rude and unprofessional. I have been told they still have to come and do another survey and checks to ensure they can install service even though there is already existing service on the property with them. All that needs to be done is an upgrade/new box and installation in the apartment. Simple! I have now contacted Digicel due to the lack of professionalism and the fact they don't seem to care about my business.

It use to be that I didn't have any problems with flow until I was charged twist for an account that I paid for and close! That have persons in training working and doing upgrades messing up people's accounts my old account was duplicated so they charged me twist all evidence is there I called over and over from January until now and still nothing they text me everyday to pay this account to avoid disconnection each time I called I keep getting the run around from these people and am tired of this company!

Whenever you call and get them which takes like 55 minutes there agents disconnect the call . They don’t answer to anyone on social media .I gave it a rate because I wanted to submit my review

They kept deducting from my balance for Text Messages and promo they are sending even though I opt out of getting them. Depleting the credit on my account. Went directly to the branch office in LOJ Spanish Town and kept telling me garbage. The cycle just continues. They are the biggest scammers.

Flow a company of scammers which just tAkes peoples money and dont give them any service
