#PHC Projects is a Jamaican-based facility management consultancy providing strategic planning services to organizations in the English-speaking Caribbean. Our mission is to improve the competitiveness of Caribbean businesses by managing their capital projects and facilities, infrastructure, and related institutions. Founded in January 1998 by Paul Hay under the business name "Paul Hay, CADD Consultant", #PHC Projects initially offered project management and computer-aided architectural design (CAAD) services to government and educational institutions through private architectural firms. Additionally, they provided procurement, assembly, and installation of CADD systems.
