These services include claims administration and adjudication, coordination of benefits, medical case management, air evacuation coordination, utilization review, analysis and reporting, risk management and membership administration on behalf of local and multinational insurance companies and plan sponsors (self-funded insurance), for health & travel insurance programmes, critical illness & disability income replacement plans, as well as managing self-funded organizations’ employee benefits programmes.
