Little Angels' Basic School - Jamaica

At first I was very excited to send my child here because it was my past basic school and I know that they teach very well, I sent my son there from January they had events that he went to and so forth. Until this particular event came up where the teachers planned a trip to the airport I paid for the trip before the day of the trip andI was so upset that I'm the following morning of the trip i took my son to school at about 9:00 am, bear in mind I went to work after I dropped him off, received a phone calls saying my child won't be able to attend because he is immature so tell me my child is 3year of age and to tell me that my child was the only child excluded from the trip really and #or more teachers were in attendance I was very upset that I didn't even bother to argue I had to ask someone to pick my child up because I was at work a mean I paid for the trip a day before and to tell me on the exact day that he's rude immature so he can attend. Not a good

At what age you start taking kids. and do they have to be talking fluently to start.
