Charis Pharmacy - Jamaica

CALLED RECENTLY TO CHECK ON A PRODUCT THAT WAS OUT OF STOCK.THE PHARMACIST PROCEEDED TO INTERROGATE ME ABOUT WHO I WAS BEFORE SHE WOULD GIVE ME AN ANSWER.FOUND THIS A BIT IMPOLITE AND INSENSITIVE THAT ALL THIS INFORMATION HAD TO BE COLLECTED BEFORE YOU COULD TELL ME IF A POTENTIALLY LIFE THREATENING MEDICATION WAS AVAILABLE..WOULD NOT BE CALLING OR GOING BACK THERE

I always receive excellent customer service from the pharmacists at Charis Pharmacy. They take the time to know their customers by name. They always provide timely and efficient service. The space is small and some stock (e.g. greeting cards) are not as varied as other larger pharmacies but I only go elsewhere when they are closed.
