Key Responsibilities

• Ensures that the compound is maintained by conducting proper sweeping & cleaning of the grounds/parking areas; 
• Washes the corridors and walkways; 
• Washes and disinfect garbage bins; 
• Cobwebs & clean interior and wall ceilings; 
• Removal or debris from drains; 
• Washes exterior & shutters; 
• Cleans and rearranges storerooms; 
• Performs routine landscaping on grounds; 
• Cuts hedges and dispose of debris; 
• Paints and fills gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalk etc.); 
• Removes bushes/trees from the grounds (and/or use of herbicides to eradicate weeds), to include sidewalk and entrance of complex; 
• Identifies and report all repairs and undertake minor ones; 
• Responsible for operating within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.

Minimum Required Qualification and Experience

• Completed Secondary School Education 
• Two years working experience
