As a Kitchen, Laundry, and Gym Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out appropriate maintenance work promptly and to the highest standards to deliver an excellent Guest experience.
Role Responsibilities:
· To carry out repairs and maintenance of all Kitchen, laundry and gym equipment for the Resorts.
· To carry out preventive maintenance checks on the Kitchen, laundry and gym equipment for the Resorts.
· To follow the preventive maintenance schedules for kitchen, laundry and gym as specified in the plan.
· To be able to carry out all tasks / assignments in a timely manner, meeting deadlines.
· To order, track, record and maintain inventory parts of all Kitchen, laundry and gym equipment for the Resorts.
· To follow up with Stewarding Manager regarding to the kitchen equipment cleaning schedule.
· To follow up with the Spa Manager regarding gym equipment cleaning schedule.
Key Skills and Requirements
· Possess high school/vocational school diploma or technical training.
· Proven experience as a kitchen, laundry and gym Technician in the Hospitality industry.
· Detail orientation and ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy.
· Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
· Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
Starting salary $24,500 - $28,000 per annum plus an estimated service charge of $12,000.
