- Deliverable: Ensure every guest has a safe, thrilling, and educational experience during the zipline tour.
- Performance Area: Guest feedback on safety, enjoyment, and educational content.
- Deliverable: Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure that all equipment is checked and maintained according to standards.
- Performance Area: Compliance with safety checklists, incident reports, and equipment maintenance log.
- Deliverable: Educate guests on the importance of environmental conservation while ensuring the tour has minimal impact on the natural surroundings.
- Performance Area: Guest feedback on environmental education, adherence to environmental protection guidelines.
- Deliverable: Lead engaging tours that provide guests with both a fun and educational experience, focusing on the natural environment of the forest.
- Performance Area: Guest satisfaction ratings, quality of educational content delivered, and guest participation levels.

- Give clear safety instructions before each tour, explaining how to use the gear and what to do in case of an emergency
- Check all the gear, like harnesses and helmets, to make sure they’re in good condition before starting the tour
- Help guests put on their gear correctly and make sure it fits well
- Lead guests through the zipline course, making sure they follow all the safety rules
- Keep an eye on guests during the tour to ensure they are comfortable and safe
- Make the tour interesting by sharing fun and useful information about the trees and wildlife in the forest
- Be friendly and approachable to make sure guests have a great time
- Encourage guests to ask questions and enjoy the adventure
- Teach guests about the importance of protecting the environment and the forest
- Make sure the tours do not harm the natural surroundings and follow Mystic Mountain’s rules for taking care of the environment
- Support and work closely with fellow team members to ensure the safe operation of the zipline tour, fostering teamwork to maintain the highest safety standards
- Share any safety concerns or guest issues with your team
- Attend team meetings and training to stay updated on how to do your job safely
- Be ready to handle emergencies, like medical issues or bad weather, quickly and calmly
- Follow the emergency procedures and communicate clearly with guests and your team
- Report any accidents or problems with the equipment to your supervisor right away
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by management to meet operational needs and ensure guest satisfaction
