Keep updated and organized information. Comply with the company policies and procedures. To maintain an orderly file and document processes of accepted sales transactions. This individual will also be responsible for maintaining all figures and reporting to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business.
- Attend and represent the company at Expos and Trade shows where necessary.
- Provide after-sale service to customers
- Pay courtesy calls to current and prospective customers
- Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints, capitalize on feedback
- Effectively prepare quotations, invoices, sales orders, and requisitions
- Check and keep abreast of inventory levels
- Outline the specifics of the products and demonstrate usage to the customers, which involves providing technical support
- Liaise with customers regarding accounts receivables (cash, cheque or credit card payments)
- Work closely with stores and accounts departments
- Ensure that proper filing and record keeping is being done
- Manages complaints and determines new technical necessities from the final customer, interacting with Diversey’s Tam to establish a plan oriented to problem-solving.
- Communicates all activities performed by competitors in the customer´s facilities and coordinates with Manager & Diversey Team the initiatives to be implemented.
- Guarantees that all applications (Laundry, Housekeeping, and Kitchen included in the customer´s contract are being managed under the company´s standards and the pre-defined operation plan. Request assistance from regional application experts when the specific situation demands the use of these resources.
- Cooperates with new projects within customers´ facilities, determining the expected investment level for equipment and technical materials. Following guidelines from the Manager assures that the profitability goal is aligned with the master plan. Detects and activates new business opportunities and gathers all necessary information to present value-added proposals to the final customers. Provide input to the Manager and Team to generate Net Sales in every managed account.
- Performs audits for all applications to improve Isratech´s performance and implementation of corrective actions.
- Supervises all aspects related to inventory management in coordination with the Manager: purchase orders, on-time deliveries, and quality assurance. Communicates if malpractices have been happening in the place
- Coordinates with Diversey´s TAM representative to fulfill Diversey’s Technical Service Model according to regional guidelines. Assures a solid a consistent delivery to final customers attended.
- Assist with Solar Projects and other technical necessities of the company.
- Any other duties assigned.
