Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, trainable, and results-driven Fronter to join our Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) campaign team . This remote position is ideal for someone with a strong sales background , who is well-spoken , and can build meaningful connections with business owners. As a Fronter, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients, qualifying leads and transferring interested prospects to our closers.

Responsibilities:
- - Conduct outbound calls to business owners seeking funding.
- - Qualify leads by gathering relevant business information (revenue, time in business, etc.).
- - Present MCA loan options clearly and professionally.
- - Engage in friendly, conversational interactions to build trust with potential clients.
- - Transfer qualified leads to closers once eligibility is confirmed.
- - Maintain accurate call logs and update the CRM system .
- - Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets .
Requirements:
- - 2+ years of proven sales experience , preferably in loans, finance, or MCA campaigns .
- - Strong English communication skills with the ability to hold engaging conversations .
- - Must be self-motivated , disciplined , and able to work independently .
- - Familiarity with MCA products is a plus (training provided).
- - Open-minded, coachable, and eager to learn new techniques.
- - Stable internet connection and a quiet home workspace .
- - Experience using dialers and CRM systems is an advantage.
