Question for CHILD DEVELOPMENT AGENCY (CDA)

I want custody of my three daughter Latisha williams from her grandma keisha duncan .I am nineteen December 21 I am five months pregnant I live with my mom and ,boyfriend which they both are working and keisha duncan and I don't have a good relationship she is always using exclusive to me and I am tired of it I want my daughter what must I do ?
