Question for Montego Bay Veterinary Clinic

I am leaving Jamaica for Mexico on or about Jan. 3rd. I need a health certificate so I can take him on plane with me and entry to Mexico. Can you do this and how much will it cost? I need to get this done soon. Thank you. I hope you can help. Edward Schultz
