Question for Mckenzie's Institute Of Culinary Arts

Good day, I am a student who will be attending UWI in a few months but I also want to pursue a culinary course. Yet I am concerned that it will clash with my schedule so I was wondering if it is possible that I could do my course on the weekends instead of a fulltime programme.
