Question for Crankshaft Repair Co.

My Grand Vitara Engine was just rebuild and got damages again because the caused wasnt detected (Apparently in-operable oil pump). It was cut at 10 the last time. Can it be cut again (20) without having any negative impact on the vehicle's performance?
