Question for Dee Vee Jewellery Company Limited

What do I do in such case,I gave out my ring to replace a stone Thursday and I wore it Saturday for the first and all I did was go to church eat ,go bathroom wash my hands, and when I was on my way home I notice the stone has gone? No stone in it.I t wasn't placed in properly so what can I expect from dee vees
