Question for Cornerstone.Design Ltd

I am considering buying land in Negril - hoping to build a house that I can rent out when I am not there - large kitchen, 5 bedrooms and bathrooms + pool.

Is there an average cost you can give me per sq ft. to build? Is it more cost effective to have a house built with several apartments?
