Question for National Housing Trust- NHT Online, Refund, Website

I live in Canada, and I would like to know how can I apply for my NIS and NHT refund from 1976 to 1990 for employments at Book Fair Plus and Dyoll Insurance Company Limited. And was there any Pension from Dyoll Insurance that I’ am available for the period of time I had worked with Dyoll from July 1979 to February 1990
