Question for Scotiabank Ja Trust & Merchant Bank Ltd.

My parents bought ordinary stock units in Radio Jamaica Ltd back in 1993. Scotiabank Jamaica Trust & Merchant Bank Ltd. is indicated on the Ordinary Stock Certificate as the Registrar and Transfer Agents. My mother is deceased and my father would like to make me a joint holder. How do we go about making me a joint holder of the stock units?
