I am feeling dull pain in both of my testicles. Sometimes the oain seems to move to one and sometimes it is felt in the two. But it is constant for years now. I dobt have no discharge or blood in urine. What could it be? I had been to you spme years ago and you had given me a small injection in one of my scrotum area.
